Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Overview:

As an Experience Producer at 730 Eddy Studios, INC, you will play a crucial role in helping bring our clients' live events to life. You will work closely with our Experience, Creative and Production teams to ensure the seamless execution of events that leave a lasting impression on attendees.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives for the event——

• Rundowns and Agenda planning will be your life.
• Work through minute by minute for all things video, crew and client expectations.
• Create and manage event checklists, project templates and live for multi-tasking.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful event execution

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to bring the event content and attendee experience to fruition

- Oversee all aspects of event production, R.O.S - including logistics, technical requirements, and on-site coordination

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees throughout the event planning process

- Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for improvement for future events

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a news, event or line producer or similar role

- Strong project management skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of event production best practices and trends

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, event management, hospitality, or related field preferred

*** Travel will be a major part of this role, up to 80% of the time
