The Customer Success Associate will be joining the Customer Success team who share a common goal to develop strong relationships with our clients in the institutional investing space. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for maximizing the service our clients receive from 7Park Data’s products and services.
Leveraging highly differentiated datasets, 7Park’s dashboards, reports, and data-feeds enable our customers to make critical business decisions. The Customer Success Associate, FS proactively drives engagement with clients’ current subscription packages and works closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for expansion.
