Role Description:
The Project Coordinator supports on-time completion of projects by working with project and functional leads to create project timelines, calendars, and SLAs, organize meetings, and provide follow-up assistance. The Project Coordinator must be able to develop good relationships and work collaboratively with team members and shared service business partners of all levels. This position also will be responsible for providing reports on active projects, identifying project-related trends and insights, and assisting with project updates to 81Eighty leadership and business owners.
 
Responsibilities:
• Work with business owners to identify and document detailed project requirements.
• Develop design creation timelines for each season.
• Develop and maintain overseas and domestic project plans for seasonal launches.
• Develop and maintain project plans for SMUs and events as needed.
• Develop and maintain project plans for cross-functional custom projects.
• Set appropriate internal meetings with business owners to ensure timelines are being met and projects are on track.
• Create and maintain a shared, company project calendar with key dates and events.
• Manage day-to-day production workflow and deadlines across multiple projects while remaining flexible and detail-oriented through revision process.
• Attend regular internal and external meetings to provide meeting recaps, action items, and create timeline updates as needed.
• Contribute to the identification of potential project risks and assist in development of contingency plans as needed.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external project updates.
• Act as liaison between the Technology PMO and 81Eighty team for IT-related projects, while following the organization’s PMO processes.
• Handle special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
 
Preferred skills & qualifications:
• Associates degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 2 years experience in coordinating team projects • CAPM certification, a plus
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working on multiple projects with varied deadlines
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent follow-through and ability to meet deadlines
• Good listener and able to learn on the fly
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Adaptable to change
• Fluent in Microsoft PowerPoint, Lucid Charts & Smartsheets
