Description
Repair Maintenance Clerk primary duties:
- Dispatch vendors to stores (plumbers, electricians, HVAC, coffee, cetera)
- Manage service requests made on ticketing system
- Submit and track vendor invoices for RM and CM
- Collect and compare quotes for large ticket items
- Troubleshoot problems over phone (you will be mentored on these items)
- Recruit vendors and build relationships
- Order espresso parts and ship to stores
Qualifications
Supplemental duties:
- Refurbish 85 countertop bar equipment (interest required, previous experience not)
- Assist with organizing and maintaining RM equipment at BPDC
- Present with supervisor at monthly AMOCs
- Form positive relationships with Operations management and associates
Required Skills:
- Comfort talking on phone
- Computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Adobe PDF
- Must be self-starter with a strong multi-tasking and organizational acumen
- Curiosity and aptitude for equipment troubleshooting
Optional Skills:
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Interest in equipment repair
