We are looking for a design-forward creative to help the Creative team develop and execute proposals and activations across brand partnerships and special projects. Ideal candidates have experience in creative agency or brand partnerships settings with a focus on culture/music / entertainment and have a basic understanding of the creative process from pitch to production.
Responsibilities:
- Produce bespoke mock-ups and cohesive, organized decks for internal and external use
- Bring ideas and content executions to life through visually compelling direction and top-notch design
- Work with the Creative Team to produce comprehensive and innovative campaign proposals
- Design for digital spaces with an eye for the 88rising audience and user experience
- Brainstorm creative concepts with the team to create compelling campaign ideas
- Be able to brainstorm creative concepts independently
- Lead design initiatives and projects
- Develop creative and intelligent design solutions that go above and beyond the client’s expectations and ensuring that all designs meet the expectations of an RFP or Creative Brief and/or internal standards.
- Successful self-starting capabilities and time management of one’s own projects.
- Being aware of and keeping up to date with best practices of design in the digital space especially, and ensuring these are shared with the team
- Researching, benchmarking, and analyzing our client’s position within their industry, and using these insights to influence design strategy and solutions
- Carry projects from conceptual development to refinement to production-ready quality with ease and enthusiasm independently
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of professional experience
- Proficient in Adobe suite
- Experience in Keynote, Google Slides, InDesign
- Strong skillset in layout, typography, and image research
