What you will do

As a Traffic Coordinator, you will manage and schedule all of the company's creative production and campaigns and be the master of the agency's production schedule.

• Manage workflow and prioritization of tasks - who is doing what, when, and what needs to get done first
• Monitor the flow of resources both internal and external
• Track project status and phase at any given time and keep things running smoothly
• Track hours and budget of said resources
• Communicate to staff about approaching deadlines
• Be the liaison or conduit between Account Executives, Creative Staff, and outside resources
• Consistently plan ahead and overcome obstacles in a timely manner
• Understand how all the project pieces come together and make sure everything is accomplished
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years related experience at a marketing agency
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to get things done and meet deadlines
• Must be extremely organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Project management and multitasking skills with problem-solving abilities
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project
• Be familiar with project management software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
