Junior Accountant

ARE YOU LOOKING TO BE PART OF A CORPORATE ACCOUNTING TEAM? 

We are USI Affinity, a division of USI Insurance Services, a 2-year winner of Forbes Magazine top 300 Employers.  In our available Jr. Accountant role, you’ll support our Accounting team by performing a variety of tasks associated with month-end financial closes, day to day activities related to receivables and disbursements of the business and other various support functions related to analysis of financial results.  Position is currently located in Philadelphia (near Intl Airport) and will be moving to Newtown Square, PA in July.

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance OR In lieu of a degree, related work experience is required.

• Must have advanced knowledge of MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, filters).

• Experience with SAP accounting software is a plus.

• Must have strong numerical aptitude; good verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills; Strong observation and analytical skills with creativity; Good organization skills with an attention to detail; work well with others and be customer oriented; ability to work under pressure and effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
