9Rooftops Role
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who is detail-oriented, proficient in end-to-end email execution and eager to learn and master emerging platforms, to deliver high-performing recipient experiences.
In our team environment, this role will work closely with CRM strategists, designers, and developers from the point of requirements definition through to deployment and delivery monitoring.
Here's what youll be doing in this opportunity:
- Serve as the CRM MarTech team lead on email execution, and partner closely with Project Management to realize delivery schedules and process needs.
- Manage end-to-end email campaign creation and execution for internal and external clients.
- Translate CRM strategy into comprehensive touchpoint-centric briefs.
- Partner with CRM, creative, copy, and digital production leads to deliver quality, innovative email campaigns that drive conversion results.
- Co-manage QA efforts including rendering checks and pre-flight testing.
- Leverage and master various ESP and MAP tools to execute email campaigns, including targeting, scheduling, and deployment.
- Ensure optimal delivery by monitoring deliverability, inbox placement and recommending opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with CRM managers to build and maintain email calendars.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members to propel client email marketing efforts and internal processes forward.
- Act as the subject matter expert on platform-level capabilities, pertaining to email marketing.

Knowledge, skills, abilities:
- Experience managing email programs in a high volume, rapidly changing environment.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of understanding of email marketing concepts.
- Proficient experience with enterprise-level email marketing platforms such as, but not limited to: HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zoho Campaigns, Marketo. Marketing automation experience a plus.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
