We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Studio Coordinator to provide support for our production team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work within our project management platform (Workamajig) to enter estimates, vendor purchase orders, and vendor payment requests.
- Review and code vendor invoices for payment.
- Assist with management of talent usage timeframes, expirations, and renewals; which includes drafting client estimates, issuing POs, and processing invoices.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 1-3 years of experience
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Adaptability in fast-paced and pressured environments while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (production, creative, project management, finance)
- Experience in vendor relations
- Previous agency experience and/or video production experience a plus
- Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required
- Contributes to a positive work environment through dedication, responsiveness, and accountability
