What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bail Bondsman (Salesman) position at A 2nd Chance Bail Bonds?
A 2nd Chance Bail Bonds is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented, goal-driven, unbiased, hard-working sales professional to join our enterprising team. A successful candidate must be able to multi-task to keep up with the fast pace volume while paying attention to detail.
You will complete a state-mandated class and an extensive hands-on training program in house. Once licensed, you will work with individuals to secure the release of individuals in custody.
Qualifications Required:
- 2 years of customer service
- Decision-making ability
- Time Management
- Proficient with Apple products and Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills both in-person and via phone
- Ability to obtain Bail Licenses
- Knowledge of CRM
- 2 year of sales (preferred, but will train)
- Bi-lingual (preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to achieve sales goals
- Manage multi-line phone system
- Make outbound calls to secure contracts
- Travel to and from jails and courthouse to process the bond
- Document all interactions
- Manage multiple email accounts
- Ability to work 6am-6pm on a 4 days on, 4 days off rotation.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
