What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper - Quickbooks position at A & A Auto Parts?
Auto Recycler in need of full charge bookkeeper. We recently switched to Quickbooks and need someone to help maintain and work through procedural hiccups.
- 3-5 years QuickBooks experience
- Self-starter with a high bar on productivity
- An ability to multi-task across a range of varied responsibilities
- Strong detail orientation with careful execution of tasks without errors
- Solid judgment and common sense when making decisions
- A passion to be well-organized
- Collaborative personality with a proven ability to work within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
-AP activities including paying invoices and handling vendor inquiries
-AR activities including creating invoices, processing invoices, sending invoices, and collecting from clients
-Keeping all accounting systems up to date including bank, credit card, and 3rd party systems reconciliation . QuickBooks.
-Maintaining/reviewing the general ledger, generating and posting all journal entries in a timely manner, coordinating monthly close, maintaining budgets and reporting on budget to actual, and preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements with related work papers
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
