A&A is looking for a Site Manager for our Horsham, PA location. The focus of the role is to provide day-to-day support to the operations team while they are out in the field. Salary position.

This role will encompass the following responsibilities

 

· Serves as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues.

· Support Operations team by taking preventive action to mitigate company damages

· Identify corrective action and programs to remedy constant trends, which result in organizational losses and problems.

· Conduct customer service surveys.

· Forward customer complaints to proper Directors and/or Operations Managers.

· Follow up on customer complaint’s/request, status with clients, Directors, Managers, or Supervisors.

· Update and maintain MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets).

· Maintain and follow up on all Radios, Equipment and transportation repairs.

· When needed will assist Operations Manager with e-mails, follow-ups, and letters.

· Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.Work Location: One location

Qualifications

  • Experience Preferred:

     

    · Two to three years’ experience in customer service, medical facilities

    · Computer literate: Microsoft word, excel, Windows

     

    Physical Requirements:

    · 75% Walking and 25% Sitting.

    · Lifting up to 50 pounds

     

    Required education:

    · High school or equivalent

     

    Required experience:

    · Supervising: 2-3 years

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $54,080.00 per year

A&A está buscando un Supervisor de aarea para nuestra ubicación en Waltham,MA.  El enfoque de la función es brindar apoyo diario al equipo de operaciones mientras están en el campo. Puesto de salario.

 

 

Además, este rol abarcará las siguientes responsabilidades:

 

· Sirve como servicio al cliente de primera línea para recibir, resolver y/o escalar consultas y problemas de los clientes.

· Apoyar al equipo de Operaciones tomando medidas preventivas para mitigar los daños a la empresa

· Identificar acciones correctivas y programas para remediar las tendencias constantes, que resultan en pérdidas y problemas organizacionales.

· Realizar encuestas de servicio al cliente.

· Reenviar las quejas de los clientes a los Directores y/o Gerentes de Operaciones correspondientes.

· Dar seguimiento a reclamos/solicitudes de clientes, estatus con clientes, Directores, Gerentes o Supervisores.

· Actualizar y mantener MSDS (Hojas de Datos de Seguridad de Materiales).

Mantener y dar seguimiento a todas las reparaciones de Radios, Equipos y transporte.

· Cuando sea necesario ayudará al Gerente de Operaciones con correos electrónicos, seguimientos y cartas.

· Ayudar con otras tareas y proyectos que se le asignen. Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
