What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant (Self-Storage) Full-Time position at A-American Self Storage?
Self-Storage company has a full time position for an experienced, self motivated and high energy, team member for a property in Reno, Nevada. Ideal candidates will have Sales & Customer Service experience and excellent communication and computer skills. Candidate must also have the ability to multitask, be dependable, have excellent attendance & reliable transportation. Must be able to work any shift including weekends, holidays and some overtime may be required. Regular hours of operation are from 9:00 am-6:00 pm. Candidate must pass criminal background screening, have a high school diploma and/or GED and have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General facility maintenance, close sales opportunities, provide excellent customer service to existing & potential customers, answer inbound/outbound phone calls on multiple lines, manage multiple tasks at the same time, inspect property for safety & security issues, cleaning and maintenance of the property, successfully address & satisfy customer's issues/complaints, maintain & document all telephone contact with customers to negotiate payment arrangements on past due accounts, handle & balance payments, complete administrative tasks daily, weekly & monthly. Physical activity, lifting, cleaning & maintenance will be required. Ability to drive forklift is REQUIRED and we will train. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
