Self Storage company has part time position (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) for an experienced, self motivated and high energy, team member for a properties in Hemet, Ca. Ideal candidates will have extensive Sales & Customer Service experience with strong phone, computer, administrative and communication skills. Candidate must also have the ability to multitask, be dependable, have excellent attendance & reliable transportation. Must be able to work any shift. Regular hours of operation are from 9:00 am-6:00 pm. Weekends, holidays & some overtime may be required. Candidate must pass criminal background & drug screen. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Close sales opportunities, provide excellent customer service to existing & potential customers, answer inbound/outbound phone calls on multiple lines, manage multiple tasks at the same time, inspect property for safety & security issues, cleaning & maintenance of the property, successfully address & satisfy customer's issues/complaints, maintain & document all telephone contact with customers to negotiate payment arrangements on past due accounts, handle & balance payments, complete administrative tasks daily, weekly & monthly.
