Data Analyst

CARIAN is growing! We are a proud, woman-owned management consulting firm providing program/project management, capital project delivery, consulting, and technology solutions to our customers in the renewable energy, power utilities, infrastructure, and transit/transportation sectors.

We are searching for a Data Analyst to join our Maryland/DC team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for compiling and gathering data for client supporting reporting ensuring accuracy and data management.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly data files containing project data related to financial, technical, safety, and quality performance
• Operate database tools related to prioritization of capital projects, including refreshing the input data
• Consolidate weekly workload and performance forecasts
• Run workforce scheduling reports
• Download actuals from SAP and export to Excel and Access
• Develop process documentation for weekly/monthly processes
• Create, test, and run ad hoc reports during project and workforce planning cycles

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or other related field
• Minimum of 5 years with management & development of MS Access Databases
• SAP

Preferred Experience:

• SQL
• Tableau

This position accommodates remote work and will include the occasional travel to company offices in Annapolis, MD.
