The role of the Office Manager-Administrator will be focused on customer service, sales administration and managing daily office duties while assisting the Sales and Service Teams
Major Goals and Responsibilities:
Engage in and follow up with customers for sales information and building relationships
Managing daily office environment for walk-in customers, answering the phone, process incoming shipments/items to correct department, and overall cleanliness.
Maintain, monitor, secure, and report monthly the branch inventory to specifically include supplies and hardware.
Ensure that procedures are being followed involving specifically machine sales, demo, loaner, set-up, transfer & receiving.
Strategic thinking and planning to assist the sales and service teams within the office
Proactively takes charge of office items needed to be done and has a sense of urgency to help out when needed
Essential Activities:
Basic knowledge of scheduling others in comparison to the logistical area
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel Formulas and PowerPoint
Strict attention to detail, organization and professionalism
Personable, customer-centric, honest and trustworthy
Someone who is willing to hold team accountable in a non-direct reporting role & make decisions for the branch operations if necessary.
Excellent time management skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Self-motivated/managed, strong-minded, team player, energetic and hardworking
Out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving skills

Prerequisites:
High School Graduate
Minimum one year experience in industry preferred
Experience in an Office environment or Customer Service role
