Service Technician - Rapid City

Role and Responsibilities

The role of the Service Technician will be focused on the repair and maintenance of various office equipment while providing excellent customer service.

• Repair analog copiers, digital copiers, color copiers, printers, color printers, facsimile, duplicators, and a variety of other types of office equipment
• Install print drivers
• Understand digital device connectivity including scan functions such as scan to file and scan to email
• Provide recommendations to current and new clients regarding services A&B can provide
• Interact positively with clients to provide the best possible customer experience

Qualifications and Education Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the necessary qualifications, but are not limited to the following:

• High school diploma or GED
• Background in electronics and/or mechanical devices
• Vocational Technical education is helpful
• Natural mechanical ability most important
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
