What we're looking for:
We are seeking a motivated and professional Guest Services Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a heart for hospitality, leadership mentality, commitment to responsibilities, and personable communication / problem-solving skills. This role involves managing Guest Services and Concierge department for A Better Life guests, owners, and clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Guest Services: Deliver exceptional reservation assistance and effective communication to ABL clients.
- Concierge Assistance: Offer and oversee the execution of concierge services including booking assistance, trip planning, grocery delivery, errand services, and private event planning.
- Key Management: Manage keycard creation, reservation records, and access for renters, owners, and property managers.
- Arrivals & Check-ins: Assist and manage in-person check-ins for renters and guests.
- Team Development: Oversee and manage a highly effective Guest Services team.
- Process Implementation: Adhere to and implement standard processes to ensure the efficient delivery of guest services.
- Partnerships: Establish partnerships with activity providers and restaurants.
- Revenue Growth: Actively contribute to the generation and growth of guest services and concierge revenue.
- Service Expansion: Expand/develop additional opportunities for concierge and property management services.

- Salary Compensation: Starting at $65,000/year.

How your schedule will look:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Varying based on seasonal, guest, and business needs.
- Some overtime and weekend work may be required during high season and demand periods.
- You will work from the ABL Snowmass office with opportunity for remote days during shoulder seasons.

- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in typing, operating computer software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Snowmass/Aspen area and local attractions.
- Professionalism: High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Education & Experience: A degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required. 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, travel industry, property/rental management, or similar may be necessary.
- Local: Located in the Roaring Fork Valley and willing to commute to Snowmass Village. *We are not able to provide employee housing or relocation assistance at this time*
