Job Title: 2K Teacher
Salary: Based on your experience and education
Location: DeKalb County: Convenient to I - 20 and 285 and Marta Bus Stop directly in front of location.
Specific Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively along with your co-teacher to plan and implement engaging activities to stimulate and enhance the mental, social, and physical age appropriate
development of our future. Abide by and follow the rules and regulations set forth by Bright From the Start and Quality Rating.
Qualifications:
BA, Associates, CDA, TCC, or related education or training.
Experience working in a licensed, Quality Rated childcare center for minimum of 1 year.
Strong organization skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written and oral).
Knowledge of Bright From the Start regulations and Quality Rated system.
Current CPR/First Aid
-Have a Records Check done through COGENT.
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Frequent hand washing.
Bending, frequent use of hands, stooping and moderate lifting (at least 25 pounds) required.
Noise level in the work environment may be high at times.
Be a team player.
Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
Some knowledge of:
GELDS
Lesson Planning
Spanish
Desire to further your training and/or education.

Paid holidays after 90 days.
3 weeks paid vacation after 1 year.
Teacher workdays.
Quarterly compensation (Money) for performance and attendance.
Referral compensation after referral is enrolled 30 days.
No nights and weekends, center closes at 5:30 p.m.
