We have an AMAZING opportunity for A DIRECTOR OF CATERING at our Beautiful Country Club in Lexington Michigan!
The Salary is between $60,000-$70,000 per year
The Director of Catering:
Ensures successful operations of catering functions including labor cost control, foods cost control and preparation, transportation, setup, operation, and cleanup of all events
Leads and manages all day-to-day activities at The Club related to the catering sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based group customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Provides support for catering sales activities for larger, more complex accounts. Monitors and manages against team catering sales goals and makes recommendations on goals for direct reports. Creates opportunities to grow the account base through customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Experience with Wedding and Social Event Bookings
Creative and Inovative in Banquet Operations
Country Club or Hotel experience is a huge plus
