We are a WELL ESTABLISHED Large Successful Home Health Company currently looking for an OUTSIDE SALES REP/ COMMUNITY LIAISON to join our growing team.
The territory for the Home Health Sales Rep is the LOMBARD area , The Western Suburbs of Chicago
Salary is between $60,000 and $ 70,000 per year plus commission

QUALIFICATIONS, PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A SALES REP IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING HEALTHCARE AREAS: Home Health, DME,HOSPICE, SNF, ALF, HOSPITAL, ORTHOPEDIC
A HUGE PLUS IF YOU HAVE A CURRENT Network and established referral relationships with any of the following: Physicians, Hospitals, (Social Workers and or Discharge Planners) SNF’s, ALF’s or ILF’s
(We will allow you to grow your book of business, however you should have some relationships (connections) which you can get Home Health referrals from to start
2. Valid Drivers license Illinois
3. MUST HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND BE LIKABLE
We are looking for a VERY self motivated GO GETTER! Someone who has a HUNTER mentality and enjoys bringing in new business!
The marketer will be responsible for patient CENSUS GROWTH by engaging with physicians, nursing homes, assisted living, community, senior facilities and other healthcare professionals.
We offer flexible schedule and Competitive Compensation Salary plus Bonus Commission. We also pay for Gas//Mileage
Summary of Job Functions
- Directs all daily marketing operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Use superior customer service and communication skills to develop new business relationships
- Develop territory- specific sales and marketing strategies
- Develop new business avenues in the hospice industry
- Ensure that the patient census is sufficient to meet the agency’s employee workload needs.
- Develop referrals relationships with healthcare facilities, directors of case management, discharge planning and social services
- Maintain appropriate daily marketing records.
- Be familiar with the applicable marketing rules of the Departments: IDPH, Centers for Medicare
- Comfortable with public speaking about Home Healthcare to educate federal sources
- Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with all members of organizations
- Meet assigned monthly goals and quota
- Maintain agency profitability/ solvency with stable referral census
