Your Role:
As an Operations Associate, you will be at the forefront of driving client retention through the efficient execution of operational processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Initiating, coordinating, and closely monitoring the renewal process for Medicaid Waiver clients, utilizing cutting-edge software platforms and advanced Excel reporting.
- Maintaining effective communication with Louisiana Support Coordination Agencies to ensure seamless client Medicaid Waiver Programs.
- Directly engaging with doctors' offices to address specific inquiries regarding 90L.
- Assisting the intake department with questions related to authorization processes and their status.
- Meticulously maintaining accurate documentation and files related to renewals or discharge management.
- Collaborating with the business office to proactively identify and resolve potential payment issues.
- Serving as a vital liaison between Support Coordinator Agencies and our facility's Care Managers.
- Providing unwavering support to our dedicated Care Managers.
- Masterfully managing multiple competing priorities through your highly organized daily approach.
- Demonstrating commitment by adhering to monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in health insurance or a related field is preferred.
- A STRONG proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must (a test will be conducted), and you should have the ability to quickly adapt to new software programs.
