Looking for Lee, Charlotte & Collier County Inspectors.
 
Overview:
  • Assess the condition of the property, including its heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical work, water, and sewage, as well as some fire and safety issues. In addition, the home inspector will look for evidence of insect, water, or fire damage or any other issue that may affect the value of the property.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Licensed Home Inspector - experienced.
  • 4 Point & Wind Mitigation - preferred.
  • Customer oriented.
  • Utilize today's technology.
  • Physically able to fit in tight spaces .
  • Time management and attention to detail.
  • Driver's License with clean record.
  • Background check.
  • Team spirit and ability to thrive.
