Operations Management:
- Determines work procedures and prepares work schedules for departmental staff to meet operational needs.
- Reviews staff timesheets for accuracy and records any overtime or attendance discrepancies.
- Issues timely instructions, disciplinary actions, or coaching as required.
- Assigns duties and ensures work adherence to policies, procedures, and department standards.
Financial Oversight:
- Oversees money collections and monthly fee reporting, reporting any discrepancies to appropriate authorities.
- Manages resources within the Board-approved budgetary allotment and notifies Finance of any financial concerns.
- Enters employee information accurately into the designated system.
Maintenance and Equipment:
- Oversees preventative maintenance program for Company Equipment and reports any issues promptly.
- Ensures efficient utilization of resources and adherence to safety protocols.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Adheres to company purchasing procedures and guidelines.
- Works with the IT (Information Technology) Department to develop and maintain the Lawn Care Computer System.
- Reports any incidents or unusual resource usage to relevant authorities within 24 hours.
Human Resources Coordination:
- Communicates employee absences to Human Resources promptly.
- Accurately enters payroll and attendance coding for all employees.
- Maintains employee records and reports accidents or incidents to the Personnel Officer.
Training and Development:
- Identifies and organizes training programs for staff, emphasizing safety procedures.
- Provides training for new employees and ensures adherence to safety protocols.
Professional Conduct:
- Conducts oneself professionally and represents the company positively.
