Job Posting for Customer Service Associate at A Leader in Autonomous Vehicle Technology
HireArt is helping our client, an autonomous vehicle tech company, hire a Customer Service Associate to help ensure all customers have a safe, clean, professional, and enjoyable experience while riding on their autonomous shuttle. In this role you'll help operate the autonomous shuttle, educate passengers on the shuttle service and technology, and share customer and tech feedback to the engineering and operations team.
The ideal candidate is a safe and experienced driver, attentive to detail, and customer-oriented with a passion for new technologies.
New hires will receive a $500 retention bonus paid in two installments.

As Customer Service Associate, you will:
- Interact on a daily basis with riders and company operations
- Make suggestions on how to improve vehicle feel, comfort, and overall experience
- Perform regular checks/inspections to ensure the shuttle is safe and presentable
- Operate according to traffic safety procedures and safe driving practices
- Document daily summaries
- Adhere to COVID-19 protocols to maintain a health environment for all employees, clients and customers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for interacting with others and strong interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license
- 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record
- Comfortable with driving Autonomous Vehicles
- Methodical and process-oriented
- Able to maintain composure under pressure
- A technical background working with electronics, mechanical components, or computers
- Previous experience in customer support
