Job Summary:
Plant Laborers work as a team to finish the dismantling process of the electrical components that are brought into the Tonkawa facility. Laborers are responsible for all activities related to the breakdown and handling of oil filled recyclable electrical equipment.

This is a physically demanding position. The employee will stand for eight or more hours. While performing the duties of this job, the employee works inside and/or outside and is exposed to all weather elements, including: extreme heat, wind, rain, snow, and freezing temperatures. The employee is frequently required to bend, stoop, climb, twist, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds. The employee is frequently required to use fingers, handle or touch objects, tools, or controls, and to reach with hands and arms. They will use a variety of hand and power tools as well as operate heavy equipment. The employee will be exposed to noise, heavy vibration, dust, exhaust fumes and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
