We are a Florida based HVAC company expanding rapidly nationwide through new franchise locations.
We are looking for highly motivated Customer Support Representatives that enjoy interacting with people and solving problems. This is a full-time office position. It mainly entails answering inbound calls, booking appointments, and providing support to our technicians that are en route.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, via phone, email, and chat
- Make inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Data entry (Enter and modify work orders)
- Set up appointments for new and repeat customers
- Dispatch technicians and provide support
- Follow-up on completed service calls to ensure the quality of work
- Review invoices.
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer support or sales experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Experience working in HVAC desired but not a requirement
- Bilingual (or native) English skills
