We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in memory care, medical terminology, and caregiving.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders
- Support clients with mobility assistance, transfers, and exercises
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Document client progress and care provided accurately in Notes
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
