–Fridays (when needed)
8am – 6pm
AMP caregivers are an elite team of amazing
professionally trained nannies and babysitters who service families who live in
DC, MD, and VA with EXCELLENCE! Our
vision is to provide QUALITY in-home childcare for the
busy family. It’s our goal to be the most
reliable in-home childcare agency in the region! In addition to working in the homes of our clients,
our nannies and sitters have the opportunity to the homes we service, our
caregivers maintain consistency by choosing to work in our other corporate entities
we service. Among these entities are:
o Daycares
o Private Schools
o Hotels/Conference
Centers
o Churches
Our nannies/babysitters choose the days they can
work 8am-6pm and are in a “Standby” status on their days of availability. Our Priority Nanny provides a consistent
availability of 5 weekdays per week except for major holidays. You won’t have
to give us availability on holidays but can work on those days if you choose at
the prevailing holiday pay rate. In
addition to regular pay, travel incentive bonuses maybe available from an
extra $10 - $30 per day.
Our nanny agency employs individual caregivers
who possess a professional background in childcare, to provide in-home
childcare for children ages 6 months to school age. A professional caregiver will have previously
worked in one of the following jobs: non-family
member babysitter; private nanny; elementary school teacher/assistant;
pediatric nurse; daycare; camp; church.
Care takes place in the homes of various families
who have a backup childcare benefit from their employer. We provide our
nanny/babysitters with training in professionalism & how to implement
engaging activities for children of all ages.

helping to guide & shape children’s development, and can take last minute
assignments, then this is the job for you! You will be responsible for
caring for & creating an exciting day for children.

Trainings & Workshops
● Must have at least 1 - 2 years of professional childcare
experience
● Infant thru school age experience required
● Must be at least 18 years old
● Must be able to work a schedule of a start time 8am & an end
time 6pm, with ability to work earlier or later on occasions
● A minimum of 1-2 amazing references or letters of
recommendations
● Must be willing to travel at least 45 minutes – 1 hour one way
● Able to care for up to 3 children
● High School or GED Diploma or greater
● Proficient in the English language
● Pet Friendly (both cats & dogs)
● Clean criminal record
● Valid Driver License
● Must drive own insured vehicle
● Must maintain an Uber or Lyft account for emergency car issues
● CPR and First Aid Certified or Willing to Become Certified
● US Work Authorization Needed
