SIGN-ON BONUS $5,000!!!  A New Leaf’s Parents & Children Teaming Together (PACTT) program is an in-home service for children and families with challenging needs to better support positive behavior and healthy family dynamics. Trained behavior coaches provide individualized services to accomplish the goals determined by each child and family team. PACTT helps teach caregivers how to support the child's behavioral health needs through common areas of advocacy, exploring community resources, psychoeducation, and parenting. Our programs are designed to support feelings of relaxation, creativity, confidence and success! Recent college GRADUATES are encouraged to apply!We Are Hiring for the following positions: Entry-Level human services experience (<3 years) Mid-Level human services experience (3-6 years) Experienced in human services field (6 years) Pay: $18.50 - $21.50 hourly (depending on years of experience)Schedule: Flexible days and times, may include weekend/nightsCaseload (up to 10 clients): To be assigned in the location of hireLocation: East Valley or West ValleyQUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience: High School or GED, required Background in social work, foster care knowledge, crisis intervention, child development, family support and educational environment is a PLUS!   BONUS if you have child welfare experience. Primary Responsibilities: Meets frequently with client in their natural setting or setting of their choice. Sessions are held in person, notes/documentation are completed during sessions with clients; however, when appropriate, documentation can be completed at home. Provides minimal tutoring/help with homework and accompanies client to approved activities. Provides information, education and guidance to clients and support system members, advocacy, and coordination of care. Develops and maintains therapeutic relationships with clients and significant support systems. Strengthens connections to positive community resources identified by the Child and Family Team or if not available request the PACTT Supervisor to attend. Engages in Family Centered, strengths-based treatment planning and coordination and reports client needs to Child and Family Team. Serves as a member of a Child and Family Team if requested by the family and attends all CFT meetings. Document and submit significant and routine paperwork such as progress notes, statistic reports, daily activities, upcoming events, special concerns, varied incident reports. Trainings/meetings are usually completed virtually from home; however, we do offer the utilization of our office spaces in Mesa and Glendale which is offered to all of our Behavior Coaches. Compliance: Must be able to obtain Class One Fingerprint Card Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation Must pass pre-employment drug test Current auto liability insurance Clean 39-month driving record Must be at least 21 years of age
