A-Nova Appliance, a family owned and operated business is seeking a full time Office Assistant/Customer Service Specialist to fulfill the following duties:
-Answer a multi-line and handle a high volume of callers
-Schedule calls for customers
-Administer and maintain warranty claims to various manufacturer
-Dispatch calls to service technicians
-Order parts and maintain inventory
-Other light administrative duties of running an office.
The right candidate will possess the following:
-Some background in customer service
-Basic computer skills(MS Office,Internet,database)
