Purpose:
The Sales Manager is part of the A Oasis Leadership Team providing daily management and leadership
for essential functions related to Design, Sales, Contracting, Customer Relations, and Vendor Relations.
The Administrative Assistant provides support by completing routine daily tasks, special assignments,
weekly and monthly reports and being an active member of the Design and Sales Team.
Expectations:
The Administrative Assistant shall be a team player that interacts regularly with designers, other AO
team members, and AO customers. The ability to interact in a professional manner is paramount.
Additionally, it is essential for the Administrative Assistant to naturally exhibit positive speech and
behavior that is uplifting and encouraging. Routine daily expectations include:
- Punctual and Reliable Attendance for regular work hours and meetings
- Professional Appearance (Business Casual)
- Accountability – successful completion of activities, assignments, and reports with the full
confidence of the Sales Manager and Design Team.
o Scheduling
o CRM updates / Reporting
o Customer follow-up
o Project Closing Documentation and Contract Preparation
o Assimilation of Sales Report Data
o Assimilation of Permit Report Data
o Assimilation of data pertaining to sales contest and customer promotions
o Ensuring office is stocked with general office & customer hospitality supplies
o Assist with the general cleanliness and orderliness of design center
Required Skills:
- General computer skills including competency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Competency
with PowerPoint is desired.
- Well developed communication skills including written and verbal
- Detail oriented
- Service Attitude with eagerness to help other team members and customers.
Qualifications: Some College, technical certification, or Associate Degree. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 2-5 years of general office experience
