Signing Bonus
- Conduct a home visit to develop and implement the clients nursing plan of care.
- Conduct home visits to regularly assess the nursing needs of the client.
- Provide nursing services, treatment, and diagnostic and preventive procedures.
- Initiates preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures appropriate for the clients care and safety.
- Observes signs and symptoms and report to the physician any reaction to treatment, drugs, or changes on the client’s physical or emotional condition.
- Supervise and train other nursing service personnel.
- An on-site evaluation of In-Home Aides will be conducted quarterly by the Service Supervisor (RN). These evaluations are kept in the employee’s permanent record and weigh heavily in determining future wage and adjustments and/or promotions.
- The Service Supervisor (RN) will evaluate the scope and quality of care given to the client and make changes to the Plan of Care. This Plan of Care will be reviewed as needed but shall occur at least every 90 days and directly supervised by the Agency Registered Nurse.
- The Service Supervisor (RN), in conjunction with the Director/Administration shall review client care recipient records on a quarterly basis.
- The Service Supervisor (RN) shall prepare an Employee Performance Evaluation bi-annually based on observations.
- The Service Supervisor (RN) shall review policies and procedures as updated and on an bi-annual.
- The Service Supervisor (RN) must evaluate and validate that the skills of the In-Home Aide are in accordance with the job description and tasks assigned prior to employment or new assignment.
- The Service Supervisor (RN) must make a quarterly visit to the home of each client. The supervisory visit shall include review of the client’s general condition, progress, and response to the services provided by the caregiver. Documentation of the supervisory visit shall be maintained in the agency’s records and shall contain a minimum:
- Date of Visit
- Findings of Visit.
- Signature of person performing the visit.
- The Service Supervisor (RN) must review authorizations and complete a calendar of visits for In-Home Aide.
- The Service Supervisor (RN) will report allegations to the Health Care Personnel Registry.
- Travel is required within the region assigned to provide supervision.
- Provide guidance and implement requirements as specified by DHSR and Executive.
- Ensure all information given or received through this position is to be handled in a confidential manner in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Must be willing to travel to surrounding counties
