Job Purpose:

Perform Various duties for our customers to enhance the appearance of their facility.

Duties which can be performed collectively or as a team member could perform these duties independently.

Duties Include, but are not limited to:

• Floor Care (Strip, Wax, Buff, Scrub Floors.
• Clean Carpets, Upholstery, Furniture.
• Deep Clean/Construction Clean Ups.
• Janitorial Cleaning Services.
• Ceramic Tile Cleaning & Sealing.
• Window Washing.
• Project Work.
• Maintain Cleanliness of work area, warehouse, machines, equipment, vehicles, etc.

Working Conditions:

• Must be flexible in hours with the availability to work days, afternoons evenings and nights including weekends & holidays. Schedules are posted as soon as possible but are subject to change at any time with short notice, you are required to check the schedule to see when you are scheduled to work.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work in a high, precarious places & fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

• Must be able to run buffer, strippers, and waxer. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk use hands or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop kneel, crouch or crawl and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to Climb or balance. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work and valid DL.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be dependable
• MUST be able to pass background check
• Strong attention to details
