Tasting Room Support

What We Offer

This support position offers the opportunity to work with an experienced and knowledgeable team in a newly remodeled tasting room environment. We offer competitive hourly pay and participation in a shared tip pool. You’ll join an amazing culture and a strong, supportive team environment, where you’ll have the opportunity to build your hospitality skills and wine knowledge. This role will require availability on Saturdays and Sundays, with the addition of some weekday hours to support private events.

What You Will Do

The Tasting Room Support person supports the REX HILL Hospitality Sales Associates and Kitchen teams. This is achieved by maintaining an organized, clean tasting room, kitchen and garden area at all times. Tasks include clearing, cleaning and setting tabletops; running food orders and refilling water glasses. The Tasting Room Support person assists in sanitizing stemware, flatware and plate ware, and stocking the tasting bar with stemware and wine bottles. Above all, they provide exemplary service to guests, and communicates guest needs to Hospitality team staff. The individual shares a passion for excellent customer service and thrives in a busy team environment.
