The Fairfield Inn by Marriott Kennewick, owned and operated by A-1 Hospitality Hotels LLC, is looking for a courteous, customer service driven, happy, ambitious, and inspired Front Desk Associate to join our growing hospitality team! We are looking for an individual who is motivated to move up in this company/ industry.
Job Description
We seek an energetic, friendly and intelligent person to assist our guests warmly, efficiently and professionally in all Front Office related duties. The front desk candidates must be dependable and responsible. Some of these include but are not limited to:
- Check guests in and out and make reservations for hotel as needed
- Take reservation calls from current and future guest, professional and personable phone skills.
- Ability to handle upset guest through exceptional customer service and ability to problem solve effectively
- Great communication skills, ability to take on new tasks
- A team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently within A-1 Hospitality Hotel's standards/policies
Requirements
- Excellent skills in Data Entry. Precise and Accurate reporting is essential at our property.
- Due to the nature of the hospitality industry you will be required to work varying schedules based on the hotels needs. This may include weekends and/or holidays
- Customer Service background and prior experience is a plus
- Professional, hardworking and self-motivated.
Training
At A-1 Hospitality Hotel's, we emphasize training and constantly strive to foster a learning environment that provides clear career paths for all team members regardless of entry level. We provide training programs to new team members and ensure that our current team member training is an ongoing and continuous process.

- Kennewick, WA 99336: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Hotel & Accommodations Concierges: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
