This job posting is for all current team members working on the HUD IT Services (HITS) contract only. Please use this job posting to identify the team you’re on, your position, and your location. This job post is for all HUD HITS employees transitioning to the new HUD Infrastructure Operations Office (IOO) contract.
Join a team of dedicated IT professionals supporting the new HUD IT infrastructure support contract, IOO. Manage HUD’s cloud (Azure, AWS) and on prem IT resources across Windows networks using Active Directory. Support Cisco, HP, Dell, and other equipment. Maintain and improve services to HUD's nationwide user community. Positions include but are not limited to:
- IT Services Management
- Network architecture and administration
- System and database administration
- Cloud infrastructure support
- User support: Tier 1 - Tier 3
- IT security - NIST RMF and FISMA compliance
- Change and release management
- eDiscovery support
- Telecommunications support
Qualifications:
- Must reside in the US and all work must be performed in the US
- Must pass, or have passed, a federal background investigation
- Each position has skills, experience, and education requirements
- Must be proficient in English
