About us:
A2G International, LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated Site Lead with prior and relevant site or section lead experience. The leader should have a firm grasp on general aviation and how a foreign deployed aviation site operates, as well as the intricacies of running a site that performs Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations as a primary function. Candidates should possess good written and interpersonal skills to maintain productivity on site, and to inform company leadership and our customer on daily aircraft, equipment & personnel status, challenges, and solutions.
The Site Lead should have the experience and communication skills necessary to provide a thorough understanding of ISR-related skills included, but not limited to the following:
- Core/Foundational Intel/ISR skills

- Battle Damage Assessment
- Precision Point Mensuration
- Target Point Mensuration
- Imagery/Geospatial Analysis
- ISR Operations/Campaign Planning
- Intel/ISR Force Development and Management
- Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED)
- Collection Management
- Operational use/maintenance of Intel/ISR-related systems
- ISR Support to Air to Ground Integration (AGI)
- ISR Support to Cyber
- Property accountability
- Scheduling and time management skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Prior Site Lead experience on an aviation site outside of the Continental United States.
- (OR) Two or more years in a leadership position on a deployed operational ISR site.
- (AND) Have been a pilot or Mission Systems /Airborne Sensor Operator (MSO or ASO) on a deployed ISR operation providing daily ISR services and products to a US Government customer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with aviation platform/s in either a Pilot, MSO, or Mechanical capacity
- Three years of operational or tactical experience providing ISR and/or PED support to Conventional and Unconventional forces/Operations
- Understanding of PED/DCGS operations, AOC/TOC/MOC operations, nodes, and positional responsibilities
