Qualifications 3 - 5 years of Desktop Support experience. Superior customer service skills HS Diploma or GED, or BS degree preferred Great customer service skills CompTIA A Certification preferred Microsoft MCP Certification preferred Responsibilities Be the face of the client and interface with high-level executives at end-client's location, providing white glove IT service, handling all IT-related issues in the areas of application support, technology, telepresence, mobile devices, hardware and services, imaging, and data transfers.
Support / facilitate telepresence events (e.g. Teams Live) in partnership w / the internal event and webcast team and external vendors.
Provide support of conference center, basic network connectivity and AV connectivity issues. Be highly skilled at troubleshooting and comfortable educating users on technology features, assisting w / hardware selection process, conducting demos, and providing software and personal training sessions for users on standard tool sets.
