AAA is hiring for an SCCM Endpoint Administrator to join our team! This position is responsible for managing and monitoring specific applications in support of the end-user computing environment. They will provide technical support for hardware, software and configuration issues related to these applications and provide support to resolve issues. At AAA, your success is our success. Manage Windows Defender, ATP, Credential Guard, Exploit guard, Bitlocker and other desktop security tools. Maintain, update, and troubleshoot workstation images and task sequences within SCCM. Provide support for end users. Perform daily SCCM infrastructure and client health monitoring and repair issues. Troubleshoot failed systems management deployments and client health issues. Assist in ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures. Browser Management. Install, configure, and prepare operating systems for deployment with SCCM. Responsible for designs; creates the scripts and packages to handle upgrades. Provide administrative role in endpoint management software such as but not limited to, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Symantec Encryption and DUO in support of end-user computing. Manage issues related to malware prevention, protection, and recovery. Utilize Intune management for various tasks. Work with other teams to install, configure, and prepare application packages. Monitor and report on compliancy reports, Windows updates, PCI, 3rd party updates. Research and improve endpoint images based on business requirements. Monitor/resolve support tickets related to endpoint configuration. Perform post-resolution follow-ups on tickets to ensure resolutions remain successful. Adhere to Change Management Process. Provide reporting and metrics documentation. Create and update knowledgebase documentation. Acknowledges and abides by all Information Security Policies. Other duties assigned as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or related field or equivalent experience. 2 years’ experience administering Endpoint Management systems. VMWare (Mirage, vCM, etc) experience. Experience with PowerShell. Strong customer service orientation. Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong interpersonal and communications skills. Strong ability in testing, configuring, and implementing various configuration tools. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Good project management skills. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Proven experience contributing to implementation of software systems and applications. Proven experience with systems planning participation, security principles planning/implementation, and general software management best practices. Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required. Ability to work well in team environments. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
