As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be instrumental in making the candidate experience run smoothly.
You will work collaboratively with the Recruiting Department and employees at all levels of the organization to support candidates throughout recruiting, background check, and onboarding process.
Your role will play a large part in upholding AAA Northeast’s brand.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and adjust interviews between candidates and interview teams
- Maintain timely, thoughtful candidate correspondence – serve as point of contact for candidates as they go through the interview process, background check and onboarding process.
- Ensure data an process accuracy through out the recruitment process
- Assist with coordination of our orientation and leadership programs
- Support recruiters with campus and career fair logistics such as ordering, organizing, packing, and shipping materials and giveaways
- Become a subject matter expert in all the systems supporting the post offer and pre-emploument functions
- Assist with projects within the talent acquisition team and across the human resource department
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years of work experience (work in a professional environment and/or administrative/coordination support role preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong sense of organization, initiative, and reliability
Commitment to quality with high attention to details
Passion for improving the candidate experience
Ability to multi-task and set priorities
Team-oriented service attitude
Efficient communication (orally and written) with a positive and professional disposition
