Job Responsibilities

40% Branch Performance-Ensure sales operations strategies are implemented in branch operations to meet assigned sales goals and ensure key performance metrics are met for branch sales and service teams.

20% Communication-Develops and effectively delivers timely communication that promotes engagement of all branch teams, acknowledges performance of individuals, and motivates performance to achieve sales and KPI targets.

20% Innovation-Proactively Identify and introduce process improvements that improve efficiency, add Member value or increase profitability. Collaborates with leadership inside and outside of sales operations to improve the sales and service process.

20% Leadership-Foster and develop a environment to identify, recruit and retain top performing Team Members; manages low-performing employees in accordance with company policy. Develop top performers to maximize leadership potential. Lead and develop managers and associates and creating career pathing opportunities within the organization. Collaborate with leadership outside of sales operations to align on strategy and priorities, with speed to execution

Job Specific Requirements

• Requires strong Microsoft Office knowledge and PC skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication skills; specifically, the ability to communicate complex ideas and issues in a simple and straightforward manner.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sales leadership competencies: managing the sales process, pipeline management, public speaking and presentation skills, business development, and responsiveness
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, engage and energize a large team across Western and Central NY region

Experience

• 7 year(s): Experience in sales management.
• 10 year(s): Experience in sales operations.

Education

• Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field
