- Convenient Store Hours : Monday - Friday, 8AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 3PM (37.5 hour work week, no Sundays)

- Sell and process new AAA memberships.
- Review membership coverage levels and up-sell / cross-sell upgrades and add-ons.
- Make outbound calls to our membership base (welcome new members, offer promotions, discuss upgrade options).
- Ensure leads are completed and documented appropriately.
- Serve as the go-to person in the store for all membership-related items
Minimum Qualifications :
- Have a high school diploma / GED
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales / customer service experience
- Have effective communication skills both written and oral
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask on several websites and programs
