Job Posting for Restoration Estimator at Aaction Home Repairs and Restoration, Inc.

This position is responsible for accurate and timely estimates for residential restoration projects using Xactimate and Symbility. The Reconstruction Estimator must be capable of multitasking and demonstrates great organization.

Minimum requirements as follows:

  • Two (2) years insurance related restoration experience.
  • Must be willing to work weekends/evenings on a rotated on-call basis.
  • Two (2) years of estimating using Xactimate or Symbility.
  • Candidates that are bilingual will be highly considered.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to property restoration calls
  • Document, photograph and write accurate and thorough estimates of property losses
  • Abide to Program and Insurance Carrier SLA's when documenting and writing estimates
  • Ability to use Xactimate and Symiblity
  • Establish and maintain client relationships
  • Follow up to sell approved estimates
  • Must be available for on call rotation. Rotated between all estimators
  • Work with Project Managers to coordinate job and change orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:

  • Construction estimating: 1 year (Preferred)
