Managers in our Leadership Development Program learn directly from our Executive Team through one-on-one coaching, on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and cross-functional exposure. The program provides exceptional training around sales, negotiations, P&L ownership and employee management. Developing these skills and competencies will help you become a successful and future leader of our organization.
What you’ll do:
All managers must successfully complete a rigorous 5-week immersion training, designed to equip managers with the knowledge, skills and competencies necessary to meet the performance objectives for the balance of the program. Most of the training will occur onsite in one of our retail stores located in St. Louis or Chicago. Travel is required, and costs are covered.
Successful trainees are promoted to Corporate Operations Manager after the training and are given the opportunity to run a $1M corporate store, selling complex automotive repairs and managing a team of 2 – 4 highly skilled technicians.

Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary of $55,000 – $75,000 plus annual bonus structure between $5,000 – $35,000
Relocation bonus of $5,000 – $10,000
