What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at AANSEACORE INC.?

We are looking for a Fulfilment Associate responsible for handling and maintaining the flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.

Skill / Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • 1 year of administrative/customer service/processing/production/mailroom experience,
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization,
  • Ability to work independently with a minimum amount of oversight while still being an integral part of a team,
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software and spreadsheets,
  • Must have poise, tact and diplomacy,
  • Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and execution of deadlines,
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Job Responsibilities

  • Candidate must be responsible of receiving (via served, certified, regular mail, etc.), sorting, profiling, and scanning documents sent to CT in our capacity as registered agent.
  • Assist customers, team members and/or vendors with training on products.

Benefits

Competitive Hourly Rate (Depending on Experience)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
