What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerical position at Aaron's?
Performs clerical duties in support of Service Center Operations. Provides information as needed to Service Center staff and management. Requires good organizational and communication skills as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Receive parts ordered from vendors into Service Management Software System
· Manage part and merchandise returns to vendors
· Conduct physical inventories of parts and merchandise
· Maintain files of invoices and shipment tracking documents
· Communicate repair status and answer questions from customers
· Other tasks as directed by management
Required Education, Experience, and Certifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Hearing/Speaking: Effective communication with associates, supervisors/managers, and customers as required
Bending/Stooping:
- Occasionally (activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of time)
Climbing:
- Not Present
Lifting:
- Occasionally (activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of time)
Lifting Weight:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs independently and greater than 30 lbs with assistance

- Occasionally (activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of time)
Sitting:
- Frequently (activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of time)
Standing:
- Occasionally (activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of time)
Walking:
- Occasionally (activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of time)
Retail/Warehouse Environment – Exposure to varying temperatures and may include working inside and outside in heat/cold. May encounter sounds/noises of varying levels.
