What will you do in this role?
You will…
- Application administration
- Participate in hands on testing (manual and automated), bug reporting on in-house developed and integrated vendor applications
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolution of software bugs
- Create reports and write queries in support of business teams
- Manage, triage and prioritize incoming user support requests, including operational issues, technical defects, data problems, and data reporting issues.
What will you need to bring to the table in order to be successful in this role?
- 3 years’ experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of IT business processes and practices applied in agile software development environments
- Excellent customer service skills (Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical employees)
- Strong proficiency with computer and software programs, including Microsoft Office and JIRA
- Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively and exercise independent judgment in a team environment
- Proactive, self-starter with proven ability to quickly learn new applications, processes, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (technical writing & documentation)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform Data analysis with meaningful results
- Cloud Application Support a plus
- Experience working with Salesforce a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
