AWS Cloud Architect with Cybersecurity
Job Summary:
The AWS Architect will help drive innovation and build differentiated solutions. The work includes Design, Refine and Implement AWS architectures and environments and optimize applications for AWS, collaborating within a project team to solve complex problems. The candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to reviewing business and technical requirements, focusing on solution development throughout the project lifecycle, supporting development, AWS security, evangelizing best practices and proven patterns, and escalating architecture issues and concerns.
Additionally, you should have experience in CI/CD and Cybersecurity.
This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and supporting all aspects of a modern, scalable, cloud-based infrastructure and environment.
· Manage and administer tools or services related to the monitoring, updating, optimization, redundancy, and stability of AWS cloud-based systems.
· Contribute to the DevOps roadmap. Champion the security approach to culture, automation, and platform design that integrates security as a shared responsibility throughout the IT life cycle. Lead automatic deployments and coordinate with the Agile team, CI/CD.
· Responsible for the monthly\critical upkeep and deployment of patches, updates and upgrades of system services, operating systems, tools and utilities as required.
· Conducts systematic security assessments of on-premise and Cloud Solutions and the associated infrastructure to identify security risks.
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
· Advanced knowledge of AWS services and CI/CD.
· Database experience, including knowledge of SQL and related data stores such as Postgres and non-structured DBs.
· Knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPC.
· Experience with CI/CD tools and scripts, including Bitbucket, Sonar, and others.
· Familiar with security frameworks and HIPPA, PCI compliance. Familiar with AWS Security and open to pursuing the certification.
· Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor degree in IT, computer engineering.
· Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field.
· 3 years working with CI/CD tools and technology.
· Holder of one or more Professional AWS Certification(s) is a plus.

HIPAA
Team members are required to adhere to policies and procedures implementing HIPAA requirements for the privacy and security of protected health information. Team members are permitted to use and/or disclose only minimum amount of Protected Health Information necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Reports all suspected violation of company’s HIPAA policies or procedures to Human Resources.
Environmental Stewardship and Safety
- Team members are expected to adhere to facility safety requirements, report unsafe practices or equipment, and, if applicable, use the appropriate protective equipment as needed.
- Depending on role, and during the daily course of duties, team members may have to lift, twist, pull or push. Team members must be able to manage these activities up to 60 lbs.
- Any accident or incident must be reported immediately to a member of management for proper recording.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
