Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee the implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention
- Analyze and summarize results of assessments and graphs results as needed
- Provide staff and caregiver training
- Follow up with the caregivers to ensure generalization of learner objectives
Education/Experience:
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- BCBA Certified
